Using this site

Prices on this site are shown in naira and include VAT where applicable. Product photos are for illustration - colours and packaging may vary slightly from what you receive.

We work hard to keep stock accurate, but occasionally an item may sell out between ordering and packing. If that happens we'll contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

Orders

When you place an order, we confirm availability and your delivery details before payment is taken. An order is only accepted once payment is confirmed.

We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product becomes unavailable or if we suspect the order was not placed by the cardholder.

Payment

Checkout is secured by Paystack. Where arranged with our team, payment may also be made by bank transfer or on delivery - the available options are shown at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery fees and timings depend on your location and are confirmed at checkout or on WhatsApp.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. Please check your parcel on arrival and contact us straight away if anything is wrong.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity carried out under your account.
