We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

What can be returned

Items that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with your order number or receipt as proof of purchase.

What can't be returned

For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened or used skincare, body care or fragrance items - unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Faulty or wrong items

If a product arrives damaged, expired or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days with a photo and your order number, and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll confirm the return and share the delivery instructions.

Return delivery is at your cost unless the item was faulty or wrong.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or issue store credit if you prefer.
